Your questions, answered

Yes, 100% legal. The Ley General de Sociedades Mercantiles and the Ley Federal de Correduría Pública allow company formation with advanced electronic signatures (e.firma) before an authorized Corredor Público — a federal officer appointed by the Ministry of Economy. Your company is registered in the Public Commerce Registry with full legal standing.

Yes. Under the Ley de Inversión Extranjera (Foreign Investment Law), foreigners can own 100% of a Mexican company in most industries. For certain regulated sectors (media, aviation, energy), restrictions may apply. We will assess your specific case during the free consultation.

No. The entire incorporation process is done remotely using advanced electronic signatures. You will need to send us scanned copies of your passport and other documents via WhatsApp or email. The legal representative provided in Packages 1, 2, and 3 handles all in-person requirements in Mexico on your behalf.

A Corredor Público is a federally authorized public officer (similar to a notary, but specialized in commercial law) appointed by Mexico's Ministry of Economy. Their function is established in the Ley Federal de Correduría Pública. Documents they formalize have full legal validity for all commercial acts in Mexico, including company formation. QuickCorp operates under Correduría Pública No. 5 of Quintana Roo.

Mexican law requires that every company have a natural person residing in Mexico who can act on its behalf before tax authorities (SAT), government agencies, and courts. For foreign-owned companies without a local presence, we provide a qualified professional legal representative as part of our packages. For Package 4 (Legal Only), you must bring your own trusted representative.

In most cases, your company is incorporated and registered in the Public Commerce Registry in 5 business days or less from the time we receive all documents. The RFC and e.Firma with the SAT take an additional few days and are scheduled as soon as the company exists.

The most common are: S.A. de C.V. (Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable — ideal for attracting investment, similar to a C-Corp), S. de R.L. de C.V. (Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada — more flexible management structure, similar to an LLC), and S.A.S. (Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada — simplified digital-first structure for small companies). We recommend the right type during your free consultation.

Yes, all prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN). As a reference, $31,325.80 MXN is approximately USD 1,550 / EUR 1,430 at current rates (rates fluctuate — please check the current exchange rate). We accept bank transfers in USD, EUR, and MXN, as well as credit cards via secure payment link.
