Protecting the confidentiality and ensuring the proper handling of the personal information entrusted to Corporativo Nvn México, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Corporativo Nvn”) is of paramount importance to us. Corporativo Nvn is therefore committed to processing the personal information you provide responsibly, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and all other applicable legislation (hereinafter the “Law”).
Transparency in the management of your personal data
Our primary goal is to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient company formation and related services (both legal and non-legal) through our partners, including notaries, attorneys, and accountants. To achieve this, we may use technologies such as Big Data and Analytics that allow us to more effectively analyze your personal information, always for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. All technologies we employ to process your information comply with the highest IT security standards.

Your personal information is protected by administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to prevent its loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

How we collect your personal data
For the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your personal data when you use our services through our official website (quickcorp.mx) or by any other means made available by Corporativo Nvn. Please be advised that you cannot object to the processing of your personal data where such processing is necessary to deliver our services.
Categories of personal data collected and processed
The personal data that may be collected includes: name, email address, age, gender, location, CURP (Unique Population Registry Code), RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry), tax identification number, address, date of birth, marital status, and the website you visited prior to accessing quickcorp.mx. Additionally, we may collect images, audio, voice recordings, and/or video provided during calls, videoconferences, or general communications with Corporativo Nvn.
We hereby inform you that we do not collect financial information deemed confidential under the Law, nor do we gather sensitive personal data.
Recordings and related compilations
In accordance with Articles 4 and 6 of the Law, Corporativo Nvn notifies you that virtual sessions may be recorded. Images, audio, video, and/or sounds captured during calls, videoconferences, or general communications with Corporativo Nvn will be used strictly for informational purposes: to provide advice that addresses all requested matters, and to improve the user experience by analyzing the service quality offered by our advisors. Preserving service quality remains a top priority for our clients.
Accordingly, users agree that Corporativo Nvn and its partners are authorized to use any captured images, audio, video, and/or sounds in a discreet and moderate manner for the purposes described in this Notice, even after the contractual relationship has ended, provided such use conforms to accepted standards of conduct, unless the data subject expressly decides otherwise.
Data protection
In all recordings of sessions and general communications, biometric, audio, video, and image data will be safeguarded and protected. Such data may not be used or distributed for purposes other than those expressly set out in this Notice. Disclosure, duplication, or dissemination is prohibited, and therefore no images, audio, or video from the sessions may exist in physical or digital form without prior consent from the subject, except as provided under Article 37 of the Law, which includes:
When necessary to maintain a legal relationship between the owner and the responsible party.
When conducted by a subsidiary, affiliate, controlling company, or other legal entity belonging to the same corporate group and operating under the same processes and policies.
When legally required to protect a collective, public, or general interest, or when essential to the administration and delivery of justice.
When required for the recognition, defense, or proof of rights in a judicial proceeding.
When necessary to diagnose, treat, or manage any type of medical care or health service.
Transfer of personal data
We commit not to transfer your personal information to third parties other than those identified above without your prior consent, except as allowed by Article 37 of the Law. Any such transfer will be conducted in accordance with the terms established by the Law and other applicable regulations. Corporativo Nvn may disclose your personal data to its Partners for the provision of services and products, provided they require such access to fulfill their obligations and are subject to the same confidentiality obligations as Corporativo Nvn.
Use of cookies and web beacons
We hereby inform you that our website uses cookies and web beacons to track user browsing behavior and enhance your experience. The personal data obtained through these technologies may include: the browser you use, server name, IP address, date, time, and browsing duration on our site, the web page you visited before accessing quickcorp.mx, and the sections of our site you viewed.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as revoke any consent you may have given us. To do so, please send a request to contacto@quickcorp.mx with the subject line: “Request to Exercise ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection).”
To process your request, you must attach a copy of a valid identification document (INE voter card, passport, Military Service card, or Professional License) and present the original for verification, so that the identity of the applicant can be authenticated. If your ARCO rights are exercised through a legal representative, you must also provide proof of both parties’ identities, as well as the appropriate power of attorney, signed authorization before two witnesses, or a personal declaration. If rectification of personal data is requested, supporting documentation must also be submitted. All requests will be answered within 20 business days from the date of receipt.
Accuracy of data provided
Users guarantee that the personal data provided is accurate and agree to notify the data controller of any changes in order to ensure optimal service and user experience.
Data retention
The personal data you provide will remain confidential for a period of five (5) years to safeguard the validity of operations and services rendered. During this time, users may submit written requests via the channels described above to have their data returned to them. Upon expiration of this period, all data in our databases will be deleted.
If any of the circumstances under Articles 10 or 37 of the Law apply, whereby personal data is requested or compromised, such data may not be returned until the dispute or legal proceeding has been resolved or a final judgment issued.
Changes to this Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to update or amend this Privacy Notice at any time to reflect legislative reforms, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision of our products and services. Corporativo Nvn will notify you of any such changes through the email address you provide.
Nevertheless, we encourage you to review this Privacy Notice each time you use our Services in order to remain informed of any modifications or updates.
